3. In voltage regulation, the main standards should be assembled according to the electromagnetic standards required by functional motors. In addition, the direction waveforms of current and torque should meet standard requirements. it

4. In the magnetization operation, the lamp should be paid attention to at any time. Under normal circumstances, the exciter will become bright when it is discharged or discharged. it

5. Avoid charging speed when magnetizing. The charging current should be correctly grasped according to the indicator light. The flashing states of the indicator lamp and the discharge indicator lamp alternate well, and the capacitance of the device is always in voltage consistency. it

6. In order to match various magnetization devices, the magnetizer usually has a capacitive switching device. There is a set of fixed capacitors as a reference capacity, usually 500 ~ 2000μF (depending on the power of the magnetizer). Then divide them into one, two, and three levels, corresponding to 250~1000μF, 500~2000 UFV, 750-3000 0UF and other capacity levels (the gear position and the capacity of each gear are determined according to the power).
